Peter M. Grollman is Senior Vice President of External Affairs at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia. Peter leads a portfolio of externally facing functions and supports the ongoing achievement of Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia’s (CHOP) three-part mission of patient care, education, and research through oversight of the Departments of Public Relations & Marketing; Diversity & Inclusion; External Affairs; Government Affairs; and Community Relations.

Lisa Mensah is President and CEO of Opportunity Finance Network (OFN), the nation’s leading network of Community Development Financial Institutions (CDFIs), where she expands sources of capital and provides greater visibility for CDFIs. Under her leadership, OFN helps CDFIs leverage public funding with private investment from mainstream financial institutions, socially responsible investors, and philanthropic partners in distressed communities across America.

Monica Medina McCurdy is Vice President of Healthcare Services at Project HOME. McCurdy oversees an expanding healthcare services department. She successfully led a team to obtain Federally Qualified Health Center status in 2013 that focuses on serving individuals and families who are homeless and low-income.

Donald Schwarz, Senior Vice President, guides the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation’s strategies and works closely with colleagues, external partners, and community leaders to build a Culture of Health in America, enabling everyone to live their healthiest life possible. Currently, he leads the Foundation’s efforts to promote fair and just opportunities for health and well-being for all in the United States.
