Booth Child Development Center

View Resource

The Booth Memorial Child Development Center serves 63 children, ages 0-5 in Oakland, California. Through the Child Care Facilities Fund program in Alameda, supported by First 5 Alameda/Every Child Counts, the Low Income Investment Fund provided funding to renovate the center. The improvements not only made the space a better place to work and play, but improved the health of children and staff and helped to stabilize the center’s finances.
